So it’s over…for the Buckeyes.
USC keeps the good times rolling with a victory over the Buckeyes, 18-15. The Trojans just won their tenth straight game over a Big Ten opponent, according to ESPN.
For those who watched, this entire game was a nail-biter, way closer than what was expected. There were points I couldn’t even watch (I’m not a fan whatsoever of the Buckeyes). In the final quarter, thanks to a long successful drive that not only advanced the Trojans way down the field, but also took a lot of time off the clock, the Trojans scored and completed the two point conversion, putting them in the lead once again. What particularly made this victory for USC so sweet, is the fact that the team was led by true freshman quarterback, Matt Barkley. Even with a slight injury in the third quarter, the 19-year-old still delivered and led his team to the victory!
Go USC!
